Shipping policy

Crystals, fossils, and jewelry ship for free over $50. Clearance does not ship free.

Our processing times are included in the shipping times given at checkout.

Standard shipping: 5-10 business days

Select shipping: 5-7 business days

Speedy shipping: 3-5 business days

2nd day air & Overnight shipments ship same day if placed by 12 PM EST. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

Regardless of the shipping speed you choose once the package leaves our hands we have no control over the speed at which it arrives to you. If there are delays with UPS or USPS we cannot refund you for your shipping cost.

All shipments are insured by us for loss and damage. If a package shows up damaged you must email us that day with photos of the damaged item, inside and outside of the package for a claim to be filed. Please keep all packaging until we hear back from the insurance company. They sometimes request additional photos.

Overseas shipments are subject to Duties & Fees which are not included in your shipping cost. Please look up your local import fees before purchasing for an idea of cost. We are not responsible for these fees and you must pay them upon receipt of your shipment.
